Hi, I’m Rie — a native Japanese speaker and online Japanese tutor based in Australia. I’ve been teaching students from Australia, Japan, and around the world since 2022, from young beginners to adult learners of all levels.
I love creating lessons that are friendly, supportive, and fun. Whether you’re studying for school, preparing for the JLPT, or learning Japanese just for joy, I’ll tailor each lesson to your goals and pace.
I’m also a mum to a teenage son, and in my free time I enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, and volunteering. I love meeting people from all backgrounds and helping them discover how enjoyable learning Japanese can be.
